Cognivue Memory and Thinking Test:
measure memory and thinking over time
Cognivue is a screen-based check of memory and thinking. You answer a series of simple on-screen prompts, and focus, memory and reaction speed come back as scores that can be followed over time.

Tests are ordered only when the result will steer what happens next.
What is Cognivue?
A screen-based check of memory and thinking. You answer a series of simple on-screen prompts.
What it does for you
Memory, focus and reaction speed can slip in ways a standard scan does not show, whether after a head injury or as the brain’s fuel supply falters. Cognivue measures them, so change can be tracked.
Its role around regenerative treatment
Dr. Padda’s book The Starved Brain treats memory decline as a metabolic problem. When your plan targets metabolic health, a repeat Cognivue is one way to see whether memory and thinking speed move along with it.
The experience on test day
Much like an easy video game. No reaction is wrong, and nothing is attached to you.
Getting ready
Pack your reading glasses. A solid night of sleep beforehand helps.
Flag these for us beforehand
- You need glasses to read a screen
- Handling a mouse is a struggle for you
Time involved
Budget about 10 minutes. You get a start time when it is booked.
What to remember
- Three scores: memory, focus, reaction speed.
- Readers in your bag.
- Repeat it later to see change.
Show us you have it: Before you go, mention anything on the screen that was blurry or awkward to use. If a point is fuzzy, say so and we walk through it again with you.
