This is not a contact form, and this is not a free consultation. It is the first step of a clinical investigation. Evaluation is contingent upon review of your metabolic and structural data.

The Engagement

You are purchasing analysis — not an appointment slot.

Assembly-line clinics offer free consultations because the consultation is a sales pitch. Ours is not. Before you arrive, a physician has already reviewed your history, imaging, and metabolic data. The fee covers that diagnostic pre-work and the analytical session that follows.

We charge for the diagnosis. We charge for the intervention. They are two distinct clinical events, and the first is never a discount coupon for the second.

Initial Clinical Evaluation & Data Review

$400 non-refundable

  • Professional review of your medical history, imaging, and metabolic data prior to the session.
  • A comprehensive 60-minute physician-led discussion of the root cause of your pain.
  • A written roadmap for your clinical terrain — the bottlenecks, the sequence, and the instruments indicated.

The fee is non-refundable and is not credited toward any subsequent procedure. We only accept patients who provide the required labs and imaging prior to this evaluation; the fee covers the analysis of that data. If you cannot commit to your appointment time, you are not a candidate for a terrain-based recovery protocol.

What the application requires

Prepare these five items. Incomplete applications are returned with an explanation of what is missing and why it is required — we cannot evaluate a terrain we cannot see.

01Full name and date of birth
02Primary clinical complaint The dominant signal — where, how long, and what makes it better or worse.
03History of prior interventions Every surgery and injection, with approximate dates and outcomes. Failed procedures are data — they tell us what the terrain rejected.
04Metabolic health markers — are you currently tracking any? Fasting insulin, HbA1c, hs-CRP, lipids. If you do not have this data, the clinical team will direct the required panels before evaluation. Procedures deployed into an unmeasured terrain fail, and we decline to waste your capital proving it.
05Relevant imaging MRI, ultrasound, or CT reports related to the complaint, if they exist.
