Types of Messages

Regen.MD may send the following types of automated SMS messages: appointment reminders, appointment confirmation notifications, appointment status updates (e.g., physician running behind schedule), responses to SMS inquiries you initiate, and follow-up care reminders.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and any communications you initiate. You may receive up to 4 messages per month related to your care, though this may be more or less depending on your appointment frequency.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Regen.MD does not charge for SMS messages; however, your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from Regen.MD, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact our office directly at (314) 295-3000.

Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance, or contact us at (314) 295-3000 or info@regen.md during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CT).

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. The content on this website is protected by copyright and is the intellectual property of Padda Institute / Regen.MD.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regen.MD and Padda Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
