3. Mobile & SMS Communication Policy

When you provide your phone number to Regen.MD, you may receive automated SMS messages related to: appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, appointment status updates, and responses to your inquiries. 4. HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
As a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Padda Institute / Regen.MD maintains strict policies governing the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI). This website does not collect, transmit, or store Protected Health Information. All patient intake forms, medical history forms, and clinical communications are handled through HIPAA-compliant platforms with appropriate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) in place.
No Protected Health Information is transmitted via standard email. All forms requiring clinical information redirect to encrypted, HIPAA-compliant portals. 5. Analytics & Tracking
Regen.MD uses privacy-focused, server-side analytics that do not track individual users across websites, do not sell user data, and do not build advertising profiles. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party tracking tools that store user behavior data in ways that could be construed as tracking PHI or personal behavior. Our analytics are used solely for aggregate website performance measurement.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our website and practice, where those providers have signed appropriate data processing agreements and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements.
