A patient who arrives having understood the biological signals of their pain is ten times easier to restore than one who arrives as a blank slate. The Masterclass is free. The understanding it builds is a clinical requirement.

The questions that matter.

Q1Why do orthopedic procedures fail?Because they are deployed into an unmeasured terrain. A joint injection placed into a body with insulin resistance, gut-driven inflammation, or sympathetic overdrive is an instruction delivered to cells that cannot obey it. The procedure was fine. The soil was not. Correct the terrain first and the same procedure holds.
Q2Why does sympathetic overdrive prevent orthopedic healing?A nervous system locked in fight-or-flight constricts blood flow, elevates inflammatory signaling, and suppresses the rest-and-repair state in which tissue actually rebuilds. This is the role of the Stellate Ganglion Block: a precise reset of the sympathetic chain that reopens the physiological window for healing.
Q3What are the ways hormone replacement therapy can help me?Hormones are the command signals of your terrain. Lab-guided bioidentical restoration addresses fatigue, mood, body composition, sleep quality, libido, and the stalled tissue repair that no local procedure can fix — because the deficiency is systemic, not structural.
Q4Do I need lab work before a regenerative procedure?Yes. We require metabolic markers, relevant imaging, and — where indicated — microbiome analysis before any intervention. Evaluation is contingent on review of this data. Procedures deployed into an unmeasured terrain fail, and we decline to waste your capital proving it.
Q5Why is there a $400 evaluation fee instead of a free consultation?Free consultations are sales pitches. Our evaluation is a physician-led analysis of your history, imaging, and metabolic data, followed by a 60-minute root-cause session and a written terrain roadmap. We charge for the diagnosis; we charge for the intervention. They are two distinct clinical events.
